Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Clinic

The Dan L. Duncan Children’s Neurodevelopmental Clinic provides continuing care for your child’s needs in developmental medicine, psychological, and educational areas. Through diagnosis, referral for recommended interventions, and periodic follow-up, we address your child’s medical and developmental needs at different stages of childhood, adolescence and young adulthood.

Appointments

For appointments, please call 713-500-8300, option 9. For further information, visit our website www.childrenslearninginstitute.org. There you can download the “Patient Information Form” that must be completed and mailed to the clinic to schedule appointments. Follow the directions on the last page of the form.

Urgent, After-Hours and Emergency Care

For urgent care for patients currently under our care, please call 713-500-8300, option 4. Follow the directions given at that extension to page the physician. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Insurance, Payment and Billing

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We do not accept insurance or Medicaid. We do provide patients with a statement to be used to file their own insurance claims.

If you are a current patient and have an urgent need, please call 713-500-8300, option 4, to leave a message for the physician. For routine requests, please call 713-500-8300, option 1.

Test Results

Unless otherwise specified by your physician, you will receive written notification by mail or the nurse will contact you with test results. Please allow 7-10 days for most test results.
