CHOSEN Clinic

The UT CHOSEN Clinic is where physician faculty members of The University of Texas Medical School at Houston’s Department of Pediatrics provide care and case management for children and young and adults, from birth to 21 years of age, with special health care needs.  Children with the following conditions are provided care: cerebral palsy; traumatic brain or spinal cord injury; neurological or developmental disorders, including epilepsy, spina bifida and autism; chronic lung disease; congenital heart disease; orthopedic impairments; genetic syndromes or chromosomal abnormalities; have requirements for gastrostomy, tracheostomy, ventilator and/or total parental nutrition; complications of prematurity; or any other chronic illness or disabling condition.
