Amy Laude, MD, is a physician with the Department of Family & Community Medicine at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Laude specializes in general care for the whole family. She does preventative care such as pap tests and well-child exams. She is also experienced in diagnosing and treating common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and depression.
Whether they are newborn or 100 years old, Dr. Laude’s ultimate goal is to help patients maximize their health and wellness. She is also certified to perform immigration physicals by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Aside from caring for patients, Dr. Laude enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, practicing yoga, or trying to learn languages like ASL, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
