Audrey Lively is a Physician Assistant in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Audrey serves as a member of the Orthopedic Trauma Department. Since 2011 she has worked alongside Dr. Joshua Gary, who specializes in Orthopedic Trauma with an emphasis in minimally invasive treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures and hip disorders in the young adult.

Audrey is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the society of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.
