Cheryl Woolf, RD, has experience as a dietitian in diabetes and hypertension management, bariatrics and general nutrition. She empowers patients by helping them understand their diagnosis and uses motivational interviewing to promote positive behavioral change.
Ms. Woolf incorporates mindful and intuitive eating practices to help patients improve their relationships with food and manage their chronic diseases. She also believes it is important for patients to preserve their culture and diversity when making lifestyle changes.
In her spare time, Ms. Woolf volunteers at urban farms, enjoys the outdoors and spends time her with her partner and cat named Suki.
