Jennifer Noblet is a licensed clinical social worker with over six years of experience in psychiatric research coordination, diagnostic evaluation, and adult individual and group psychotherapy. Her experience and clinical training in evidence-based psychotherapy include cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation and interpersonal social rhythm therapy.
Noblet holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work with a focus in interpersonal practice and mental health. Her undergraduate studies include double majoring in psychology and women studies with a minor in communications.
She is originally from Michigan, but lived briefly in southern Florida before relocating to Houston.
