Dr. Soham Roy is an associate professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). He serves as our director of pediatric otolaryngology.
An internationally recognized speaker and author, Dr. Roy is a recognized expert in operating room safety issues and serves as a consultant in the development of innovative and safer surgical devices.
He has given hundreds of lectures and published numerous scientific articles, book chapters, and national research presentations. He has received multiple awards for teaching, clinical care and original scientific research, and most recently received the 2008 Honor Award from the AAO for his contributions to research and teaching.
