Other brands of Bariatric vitamins include: Celebrate, Bariatric Fusion (capsule only) and BariActiv which can be purchased through their brand websites.

Duodenal Switch Patients – Vitamin Schedule
|Breakfast||-1 Tropical multivitamin with Vit A, D, E, & K
-Calcium Citrate 500mg
|Mid-Morning||-Calcium Citrate 500mg|
|Lunch||-1 Tropical multivitamin with Vit A, D, E, & K
-1 Vitamin D capsule (5,000 units. Take 7 days a week)
|Mid Afternoon||Calcium Citrate 500mg|
|Dinner||-1 Tropical multivitamin with Vit A, D, E, & K
-Calcium Citrate 500mg
|Bedtime||-1 Iron tablet
*You may take both multivitamin capsules at one time per day if you prefer, just wait about 5 minutes between each capsule.
*You must take your calcium at three separate times throughout the day.
*Do not take calcium with iron because they bind together and are no longer effective. Wait at least 2 hours between your calcium and multivitamin with iron.
*NOTE: If you order your vitamins through Nascobal® mail delivery service, your multivitamin has some Vitamin D in it, but not enough. In addition to your multivitamin, you will need to take an extra 2,000 units of Vitamin D to get your daily needs.
