Women’s health
We also offer minimally invasive options for several gynecologic conditions, helping improve symptoms and preserve reproductive health without the need for major surgery.
Uterine fibroids
These noncancerous growths in the uterus can cause heavy periods, pelvic pressure, or pain. We treat them using uterine artery embolization (UAE), a procedure that blocks blood flow to the fibroids, causing them to shrink and relieving symptoms.
Chronic pelvic pain
One cause of chronic pelvic pain is pelvic congestion syndrome, a condition linked to enlarged, twisted veins in the pelvis. We use embolization techniques to close off these veins, relieving pressure and discomfort.
Infertility
In some women, blocked fallopian tubes prevent conception. We offer fallopian tube recanalization, a procedure that uses a thin catheter to gently open blocked tubes and help restore natural fertility.
