When you sign up for text messages from UTHealth Houston and UT Physicians, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with UTHealth Houston and UT Physicians, including updates related to your visits, MyUTHealth Houston account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, and care management.
You can opt out of SMS messages by texting the word STOP to 38184. Your opt-out request will generate one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages. If you want to enroll again, update your communications preferences in the MyUTHealth Houston patient portal or text START to 38184.
