The results of the evaluation will be completed approximately two weeks after your evaluation and will be available in your MyUTHealth Houston patient portal. You may request a copy of your medical records using the online submission form.
Contact your referring provider’s office to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the neuropsychological evaluation results, your diagnosis, and your treatment plan. Schedule your follow-up visit at least two weeks after you have completed your neuropsychology testing to ensure your provider receives the results before the appointment.
