Office experience very good and I like Dr. Lipscomb...he has done surgery on me before. Somebody dropped the ball about requesting an MRI. It wasn't done. So I had to call and then huge delays because no times were available. |

I was perplexed that my doctor was not wearing a mask - since I had received 3 prior messages about wearing mine - which I did gladly? |

Here is where it gets weird! I do really like Dr. L. It was just strange that he came in and said, "so your shoulder is going to be fine, it's just a bad bruise". I said, "What?? The PA told me that it was an [...] [...] fracture!!" He then proceeded to palpate the area, educating me about where the [...] [...] is. When he pressed down, it hurt! He then said he was going to double check the x-ray since I insisted I was told it was broken. He returned to the room and reiterated no fracture. No explanation. No apology for wrong information. Not good! I like him a lot and rely on y'all as the best Ortho practice around. This was poor! I am very disappointed and still confused! |
