Carlos A. Moreno, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained family medicine physician.
He’s also a professor, chair, and the C. Frank Webber Chair in Family Medicine at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
Moreno is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and a family medicine fellowship at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
