Both Dr. Smith and the PA were very informative and showed concern. Dr. Smith explained the possible diagnosis options that could be observed at this stage of the problem without performing surgery. We mutually agreed that "wait and see" was the best choice for now, so I have a followup appt in 6 months. I felt very at ease with Dr. Smith (as well as the PA), and did not feel rushed. He took his time asking if I had questions, and explaining the possible conditions I might have. A very positive experience all around (except for my actual hand problem). |
