Dr. James Gregory is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
Dr. Gregory specializes in Shoulder and Elbow surgery. He treats the full spectrum of shoulder and elbow conditions, including the unique demands of the overhead athlete, or the daily struggles caused by persistent shoulder or elbow pain. He maintains an active interest in clinical research, and has extensive experience with non-operative management, as well as complex arthroscopic and open surgical techniques.
Dr. Gregory is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation, the Mid-America Orthopaedic Association, and the Houston Shoulder Society. He has also been chosen as a reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
