My skin around my wound was just ripped off instead of being clipped lor cut off where it wouldn't cause me the pain that is did! |

care provider was excellent |

I have no doubt that Ms. Patrick is knowledgeable and skilled at her job, but I felt she didn't really listen to me or my concerns. Her attitude seemed slightly arrogant, like, that is not a big deal, so I shouldn't worry about it. Very low on empathy, which is important to me in choosing health care. I think Ms. Patrick is very concerned about my "foot" recovering from surgery, but not one bit concerned about me, as a human being, my doubts and fears. I will avoid seeing this caretaker in the future, if possible. As I stated, I trust her to care for my [...], only because I trust Dr. [...], and he allowed her to oversee my post-op visit; but I did not leave with a great sense of being "cared for". |
