I was worried about my [...] health and was looking to understand what was going on and get an answer. I was referred to Dr. Cisek by the first doctor I saw because they did not know what the problem was. Dr. Ciseck's nurse/assistant was very caring and kind, but it was a different story when Dr. Cisek when in, he was very cold, seemed bother and made me feel that my reason for going, my concern was [...] and dumb. As a mother of two, any symptoms my kids have are serious and if I seek help is because there is something I don't understand or get concerned about it. If the problem I took my [...] for was not as big...the Dr. could have approached the situation very different. My original appt. was at [...] pm and I was called to go earlier and was able to accommodate the time. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time and this is the first time I really felt I needed to say anything about the service we received. I am very understanding and hope that day Dr. Ciseck was just having a bad day and I just happened to be there at the wrong time. Hope that he treats his patients with care and kindness no matter what. Thank you! |

Dr. Cisek seemed to be very annoyed that we were there and very uncaring. He acted like we were bothering him. That our concern was unfounded. |
