never looked at my X-rays, did not knock before entering room. never did an exam or test on me. did not listen to my problems only discussed the most minor issue I have. that seemed to be his main concern. would not order an mri or any medications for my pain. did not care one bit. will never be back or recommend to anyone |

very disorganized group from front desk, appt. office, explanation of testing, where to report for test, arrived at [...] pm went for test at [...] pm. appointment for test was [...] pm. Not one person ask why we had been sitting for so long. More attention should be taken to customer service. I realize you have a very busy office, but somethings need to be attended too. |

my arm was in splint cast/sling. he came in, didn't ask how I was. sat down and took a look at xray and says yes its broke. I said I have concerns bc im a [...]. he told me to keep. splint on but take off from time to time to try movement. I asked about pain med and he said take Tylenol. He told me to start PT. he never introduced himself. never once took a look at my arm, tested it for movement or anything. he was in and out in less than 5. a nurse came in and starts removing splint. when I asked why...she said oh he doesn't want you wearing it. I told her he just had said to keep on. she went out and asked him and came back I to say he wants it off. I asked were they putting on a casr...she said no. I said but I have breaks, crack in my arm. she said just wear the sling. I went to PT and they just stared and said...we don't know what to do with this as you have no movement t and swelling is too much. I have never been so stuffed off in my life and made to feel like I was just a # |

I have used several doctors here and they are all good. |
06/15/20
Best treatment by a doctor especially an Ortho doctor, I ever experienced. |
05/25/20
The doctor did not even ask me where I was hurting. The doctor walked in and directly told me that he recommends I see a different doctor even though my PCP referred me to him. I paid $[...] for the visit and the doctor wasted my time and did not explain to me what I needed to do next. I would never recommend this facility or the doctor. |
05/09/20
Everyone provided excellent care. I would recommend them to my family and friends. |
04/01/20
The front desk was on time and no wait on time being taken back to the examination room. Dr. was 45 minutes late coming into exam room with no explanation or apology as to why. |
04/01/20
Having to wait 45 minutes in exam room for doctor to come in, with no explanation or apology is not good. |
04/01/20
The Dr. was very clear and informative on my situation. |
