10/01/20
My Primarily doctor very happy with Dr. Sattar she listens to you and help with any problems I have I keep going by because of her not happy with the nurse assistance. I do agree one other assistance does work hard and help me every time I call for refills her name is [...] thank you doctor Sattar and [...] for all you do for me. |
09/30/20
Very focused on my health needs and attentive to my concerns. I never feel like I'm not being heard. |
09/18/20
The nurse should not be working in a place where she has to deal with people. |
09/16/20
we did not see a doctor, we were seen by a "rude" nurse. |
09/16/20
I love my doctor. She's awesome and smart!! |

05/09/20
very good. |
05/08/20
I was a new patient. She spent over an hour with me. Very impressed. Talks a little fast for me. I'm older and need a little more time to take it all in. Very pleased with visit. |
05/08/20
The physician kept implying our past physician care was substandard. She acted like we were lying about our past history. She may have been over busy, but that is not our problem. We were looking forward to being part of the UT family, but we won't be back. |
05/08/20
She had to keep asking the same question. |
05/08/20
Staff was not friendly and acted bothered when asked a question. |
04/29/20
She seemed almost combative at times like it was our fault she did not have the previous records. I had asked at the time of making the appointment but they said they would handle at the first appointment. |
04/29/20
I think the nurse and the physician could communicate better and cut down on some overlapping information gathering. |
04/28/20
Everybody was helpful and safe during these unprecedented times. |
04/28/20
Dr. Sattar listened to me and validated my feelings as a patient and that means a lot to me. |
04/28/20
The kept everyone separated, took temps and notes from questions. Second round of questions before talking to the doctor and then the doctor made recommendations. Smooth and easy...not stressful waiting in office with others sitting around stressing too. |
04/28/20
Loved the new normal. |
04/24/20
Dr. and staff work together well! |
04/24/20
All good. |
04/24/20

03/25/20
Perhaps the only serious involvement in my own care that I have experienced. Exceptional! |
03/25/20
I got in and out rapidly. |
03/25/20
Too many doctors are not taking new patients |
03/24/20
Scary. With the pandemic going on there were very poor precautions being taken. The staff took patient temperature but not the person that brought me. when ask they said it wasn't necessary. I find it very necessary. Told person that I was with to sign me in. and we could sit anywhere even though I had fever. no hand sanitizer we came in with gloves and masks of our own. once in the back the nurse had no mask or gloves, she was told they did not screen the person with me. She did nothing. The Dr. came in she was told the person with me wasn't screened her response was oh ok, I'll say something later. Then she wouldn't listen to my symptoms. The slight temperature I had was allergies is what we finally agreed on, then she sent me to the [...] for a [...] work up because of a change in an [...]. The last [...] I had was a year maybe two . Went by [...] instantly covid. UT very disappointing. I can't imaging the elderly going through that treatment. Will be finding new PCP as soon as pandemic is over. |
03/24/20
They can't handle a pandemic. |
03/23/20
