To receive this free service, come to the UTHealth Houston Professional Building in the Texas Medical Center at 6410 Fannin St., Houston, Texas 77030. The audiology office is located on the first floor.
Parking is available inside the UT Physicians parking garage located at 6414 Fannin St.
