since my surgery Dr. Citardi has not taken my concerns seriously. I feel like he just brushes them off and tell me you have to give them time to heal. That's not a good explanation for something that was working before the surgery and and now I'm having issues. I would like to have a more detailed explanation of what's happening to my body. I've said numerous times that I have constant headaches and nothing is being done about it. I feel helpless. |

An ENT Resident did a COVID. N-P swab. He was careful & diligent. Dr. Citardi did the final checkout. He contacted me re: test results within 24 hours. |
12/11/20
They definitely listened to the problems I was experiencing with the treatment, and adjusted it to alleviate them. |

08/07/20
very pleased. Dr. Citardi is very responsive with communication on the patient portal. |
08/07/20
The recommendation is to monitor symptoms for now - which is appropriate. So, no decision tree was there to discuss risks vs benefits. |
08/05/20

Previously I had [...] surgery performed by Dr. [...]. It improved my condition somewhat, but the ear problem still persisted. 07/02/20
Dr. Citardi is THE BEST. Caring and knowledgeable. He should be department chair. Oh Wait. HE IS!!!! |
06/18/20
Dr. Citardi is truly a unique physician, in my experience. I have been seeing him a few years now to address my [...] [...], and during this period he has really educated me on what has been going on physiologically and medically. Consequently we have developed a collaborative approach to treatment as I am better able to describe my symptoms and what I am feeling so that he is able to address with targeted solutions that are gradually eliminating the larger issues and now we are down to really one specific structure issue that we have to work around. As a result, I feel like my situation continues to improve which would not have happened, in my opinion, without his patience and explanations/education at office visits. I would highly recommend Dr. Citardi to anyone having sinus issues. |
06/04/20
Dr. Citardi has always given me clear and precise information about my condition. He answers any questions I may have. |
06/04/20
I wish all my medical appointments were as on time as this office. |

05/29/20
I was very impressed with the safety measures in place concerning the covid pandemic |
05/26/20
Did not review my letter prior to my visit. Would have saved time and cut to the heart of the issue. |
05/13/20
This clinic visit was for follow-up. I remain curious about sinus CT scan results done early [...] [...] [...] [...] [...] [...] area [...] surgery to [...] a [...] [...] elsewhere & then [...] [...] [...]. However, I can understand his conservative clinical decision. |
05/12/20
It was very easy and stress-free. I did not have to make contact after the initial appointment set up. |
05/05/20
I always receive wonderful service and support from Dr. Citardi and all his staff! |
05/05/20
I will always recommend Dr. Citardi he saved my life twice already! |
04/12/20
My experience with this procedure was way beyond my expectations. great customer care, and service. |
04/11/20
Said he would call in antibiotic, [...], and never did. called office to see if it had just been forgotten and got hung up on. |
04/02/20
*Dr. Citardi is awesome. |
03/25/20
*Dr. Martin Citardi, behaved in a manner that was rude, challenged my concerns - very argumentative, refused to believe my concerns were legit. I have NEVER been treated so poorly and disrespectfully by a physician. I will never visit UT Physicians. |
03/22/20
Dr. Citardi is a wonderful communicator. He listens to my situation, takes a look at my sinuses, and then recommends a treatment path which is explained clearly. Also, if i have any questions after my appointment, I send an email via the patient portal and he responds promptly. |
03/20/20
These physicians and their staff are all at the top of their field! They are excellent & in all areas!! |
03/12/20
I found Dr. Citardi to be rude and condescending. I went to him for a [...][...] and did not get that, in fact questions I asked he made me feel [...] and when by the time the appointment ended, I felt as if my appointment for him was a waste of time. when I asked what are the risks of surgery his response was "there's always a risk" without giving any specific scenarios. I asked the benefits of surgery his response was vague "I'm not sure" . I expressed my concerns about my symptoms, discomfort and what can be done to prevent worsening of symptoms (proactive approach), he did not offer an explanation, reasons or show an interest in my care. |
03/12/20
Dr. Citardi has always shown concern. He lists my options for treatment and explains advantages and disadvantages. He also explains why he would choose one procedure over another! i would highly recommend him to others!! |
03/12/20
i never have to wait, even when I am early. |
02/27/20
Very thorough and concerned. |
02/18/20
I would highly recommend Dr. Citardi and his staff. |
02/18/20
I did not experience a delay. I drive from [...] and I actually arrived a hour and half early. Dr. Citardi saw me at [...] vs having me wait until my [...] scheduled appointment. I really appreciated it. |
02/17/20
Excellent doctor. |
