I like that Dr. Wang listens to my concerns but still stays true to her professional judgement. most doctors will just tell you what they think you want to hear, but I appreciate that Dr. Wang has clinical explanations to back up her thought process. I also appreciate that she addressed my concerns with understanding and without judgement. |

I am [...] pounds [...] and provider did not address it or make suggestions. I don't inquired about concern about [...] loss and thinning and it wasn't addressed. I have written before, it is almost impossible to make an emotional as well as professional connection with her. She is a "go by the numbers" doctor. She seems to have little clinical reasoning process. If the test is 10 points from deficient, she would never consider sub-clinical support. In this last visit, following a [...] [...] [...], and being in pain for over a week, she never showed any empathy. She "discounted" my pain, my concern about return of the [...] [...] problem of the past being a possible cause for the increasing [...]. SHE STATED THIS IS A PROBLEM OF GETTING [...]. [...] PEOPLE DON'T HAVE GOOD BALANCE. True I am [...] years old, she doesn't know that I work [...] to [...] hour days ([...] [...]), walk anywhere from [...] [...] to [...] steps a day, outwork my [...] [...], do all of my cleaning, shopping and house maintenance. To [...] [...] my concern about [...] and [...] leap to [...] explanation is the last straw. To tell me, "You should be better by now, you don't need anything else for pain, this was a simple bruise (how does she know she refused to ask for the film, scans, and radiologist's report). She totally ignored the significant history of [...] surgery, etc. and the possibility this [...] may have damaged the earlier repair. She said she wouldn't give me anything else for pain. She doesn't know me. She doesn't know or won't remember that I've worked through a [...] replacement, a [...] replacement that couldn't happen for three months, passing [...] [...]. When have I actually asked for pain medication from her. She doesn't remember my education, she doesn't know that if I ask for pain medication that means something is very wrong! She ABANDONED ME; SHE DESERTED ME: "Perhaps you could talk to an orthopedic surgeon, or you could do the PT (in this level of pain and what if something is really wrong and not just my [...]); want more muscle relaxant - and remember make sure you don't get [...]. I ask you why would I ask for a refill if after 3 weeks the medication isn't working. I get 4 hours of sleep due to the pain - cannot get comfortable, the spasms begin, the [...] cramps coming from my [...] [...]. Oh, BTW my [...] has gotten worse since the [...]. I FEEL ABANDONED AND IF I HAVE TO FIND MY OWN DOCTORS AND MAKE MY OWN TREATMENT PLAN WHY DO I NEED DR. WANG? (AND, YES i AM HURT, SCARED, AND ANGRY. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED SOONER THAN LATER, I WILL CONSIDER SEEKING A LAWYER AT WORSE AND AN LETTER TO THE ETHICS BOARD. |

03/21/20
excellent service and behavior from staff |
03/21/20
The explanations were confusing and had to be repeated several times before they were clear. The doctor seemed confused about why I was there despite having my records. I'm not happy with the doctor, and when the current COVID19 crisis is over, will ask for a different clinic doctor. |
03/21/20
We're going thru extraordinary times with lots of pressures. Normally I get A+ treatment. I'll mark the lackluster treatment to that. I plan to continue using the clinic. |
03/19/20

02/20/20
Good. |
02/01/20
Doctor discounted what I told her about my medical issue and did not respect that I wanted to figure out what was wrong to prevent the issue again. Only saw me for 10 minutes but is billing for expanded visit. Seems like she just wanted to dismiss my reasoning and sent me on my way like child, happened other times with my other visits as well. Will not be coming back. |
01/30/20
